I really want this room, but clicking endlessly gets nothing ... I'd even pay a reasonable amount for this room ... but you won't let me get it.

Okay, I refreshed 6 times and finally got it. I shouldn't have had to refresh that many times but there you go ...

So I would suggest that you refresh over and over until it works. Ridiculous ...
