The FREE Arcade game did not allow me to click on it yesterday. Today I attempted to complete the challenge but Yoworld seems to have not completed the programming for a challenge. I enjoy the fashion and decorating challenges and compete with friends. What is going on?

I missed the challenge on 8/13/2023 due to a glitch in your app. You promised us 490 gems, what you didn't do is warn us beforehand that we need to have only 10 gems in our account . If anyone had more than 10 gems in their account, the 490 gems could not be applied to the account because the max is 500. Please find a way to compensate those of us that tried to enter the challenge but were unable to because of the glitch.
