I have filed a ticket about 5 days ago and BVG has not emailed me back yet. Any suggestions? Does it usually take this long?

Hi Cece, try checking your spam folder, it may have ended up there.

Yes, check your spam folder but remember to add them to your email address. Do not forget to add them!! :balloon:
