When do I get discounts for houses??

I have been decorating many houses 100% completed rooms but still not getting discounts on buying new houses :(

Your discounts should appear when clicking room info on your house. It's a limited time offer, so once you claim it, you have a short amount of time to purchase the home. If it isn't appearing there, I'm not exactly sure what the issue is.
