Can someone let me know where I can email yo ville so that I can make events again? Someone reported me because they got mad at me and now I can't make events anymore so please let me know how I can make events again thank you!

If you got permanently banned from making events then you have to send a ticket to BVG.You can send it by clicking the 'Help' button in game,and they'll look into it.
