Hey everyone! Please be aware that we're experiencing a huge influx of traffic at the moment, and it may take some time before you are able to reach the Mobile Companion App. We're slowly increasing the number of players who can log into the app simultaneously (this is in order to ensure there are no ill-effects on YoWorld Facebook due to the launch of the Companion App).

If you receive the "Servers Full" pop-up when trying to open our new Companion App, try updating to the newest version! If you don't see an update yet, please try shutting the App down to try again. Hey jess, wasn't sure where to contact you so I figured i'd just comment on this post.. :D So, earlier when I was on the mobile app I kept losing connection and I wanted to transfer over my 3yc from the app to in-game, unfortunately I lost connection on the app right after transferring over the 3yc. I immediately after got on the computer to check to see if the 3yc transferred over or not and when I got on it said I still had 0yc (which in-game I kept losing connection also) But I checked the log and it said that the 3yc transferred over from the app to in-game, so I'm not completely sure if it glitched or what's going on.. If you could get back to me ASAP that'd be greatly appreciated. Thank you :heart:

Update* Hey Clover. I would try submitting a ticket. I do recall there being some email or address inside of the app that it said to contact for problems, but I can't be sure my memory is correct or get into the app to verify it. If that changes or I find out more information, I will post it here. Good luck!

you should not have released somthing thats not going to work for everyone I ve done everything you said tens times over uninstalled and reinstalled ive shut it down so you can have your app i. didnt get a free anything with it either . You all are loosing it !!! :rose:

Okay thank you very much!! I tried doing a ticket actually but instead of doing it for my account I did it as a bug, and I did it on the computer instead of on the app.. so hopefully it'll work :/

I'm afraid the transferring only works one way. There are regulations set in place by the AppStore that prevent us from transferring into the app - we can only transfer from the app to your Facebook account.

Why is it that you get the 'can't reach the server' after sitting at the top tier of the green side bar for more than 3 spins. Every time I am maxed on that it never allows me to go past 2 more spins before emptying it again after giving me that error. It seems a little odd.

It's a dumb app. Don't waste your time. Its an app that has nothing to do with whats going on in Yoworld and just another way for BVG to make money.
