YoVille will NEVER ask for your password, so please be wary of malicious emails and/or forum posts that request your password, including via web links.
I posted a little while back that I had lost my account by de activating it and the Facebook changes meant I had lost it for good as it wouldn't allow me to go back to it ...it offered only to start a new account which meant I had lost all my stuff and coins/yc etc. I am delighted to report that BVG worked very hard with me to sort the problem out and they have given me back my account with everything in tact. Big round of applause for BVG....they are a million times more helpful than Zynga ever was
