Some people just want to see the rank names. I remember people asking what the ranks were and I believe its a "curious to see what the rankings are" rather than "I want the most posts!".

I guess that they think it makes them cool or something. This new forum has given people an opportunity to have relatively high post counts compared to everyone else, and they're taking the opportunity. I personally think it's a joke. I think the old forum was better. I actually liked some of the people there. :p

Exactly! Some are doing this because it was asked more then 10 times. Some for names and some just for fun. I am doing it for fun... I really do not think they are trying to show off nor for it's negativity side of things.
