I really hope they bring back design contests, it was really fun and i enjoyed it *although i never got to the top 10 lol*
I am personally not inspired by BVG's Take on design contests i just submit some old stuff
I find it boring as there is no theme to stick to and god knows when they might think about re-making and releasing some of the entries in store
It was better seeing the entries/top 10/voting
Now it all feels random...

I do too, but I noticed the same people won every time and was annoying.

The most annoying part are the trolls and lurkers that just come in and join in the drama, that's what I hate about the old contest. They should just open an entry thread and not a discussion thread. The discussion thread can get a little bit nasty at times, well most of the time.

And if someone designed something that looks a little bit like something else in stores or what another designer did already, All hell broke loose on there . Lol

This is so true! Some people only had forum accounts just to stir drama on the discussion thread.

And in every thread there had to be a discussion about nomi's vday hair
That conversation was in every discussion thread! lol

I really believe that if BVG decides to host design contests, they won't be letting any type of drama happen.

Rami, I really love your designs. I hope you will submit more designs whether we get a contest or not.
