Doesn't bother me at all. I don't ever pay attention to wishlists in siggys, etc. unless I go on a gifting spree to friends and have no idea what to give them xD

I don't have a big issue with it at all. I normally just ask for "Anything From The Heart" ..

I have been wishing for socks for years!!

that, and the other half of the cupid bow set.. as stated previously, I have had the hand for years, having a very hard time finding the cupids bow that goes with it....it's a matching set, and every time I look down at my hand I get terribly upset... and when I see others with them I think " why?? why should the people that worked hard to get them be the only ones that have them"

Im more visual than verbal .. so for me when I SEE an item(s) someone wants or would like.. then I think hmmmm I have that item and I won't use it like... EVER!! why not gift it to so n so.. and so I do.

Now, ive only gone to the wishlist part of this forum yesterday for the first time. I didn't even know that part of this forum existed  *blush* Well ALL those "wants/wishes" that peeps have.. I will only gift when I want. No one is forcing me to gift...lol Its my stuff, my mind and if someone wants to put a pic on their siggy for an item.. I say why not! Its their space to do what they want with.

peace

I don't look at peoples' wishlists unless it is someone I know - and like. :)

She wanted cross for years and dog die some month ago. No people think that is begging?

I will address this since I was half of the duo who gifted the Celtic cross. No, she wasn't begging one bit. Had she been, she would have never received it.

Let me give an example of begging though, so it is more clear. One time I had a free give away of items I was no longer using. This giveaway was hundreds of yocash and coin items. My only rule was if you choose a yocash item, then you can have ONE item. If you choose a coin item, you could have FOUR items. Someone name Cookiebears or Loremarie (not sure which it was at that time, since she was always bringing her alts to the old forum) asked for a yocash Hollywood window, which I gladly sent to them. For the next week, I kept getting messages in my box and PMs from this person begging me for the other 3 yocash Hollywood windows.

The person who was discussing the Celtic Cross never once hinted, or in the case I describe above, blatantly begged for items. I hope this makes it more clear for you. :)

Wow! SMH. Some people. That person couldn't be happy with a free item, they had to beg you for more!?

Personally I think a line of few wish list items in the siggy is fine, but when you start adding multiple pictures, line after line of text, and you maybe have a banner and a quote along with all the other wishes.. you should use the wish list thread. You'er not increasing your chances of a gift at that point.. just pissing people off.

I think in the few weeks when I was newbie at wishlist, I got one yocash item (a nice bed) and that wasn't even on my wishlist. My wishlist at the time was medieval and taku coin items :p. Being new player at the time, that bed was a huge gift and very much appreciated. I had bought flapper gloves with my own yocash but wasn't sure if this game was for me. The wishlist people kept my interest in the game, even though most of the gifts we sent each other were coins. It's so different now lol.

Wishlists in siggies area begging in my humble opinion. I don't complain about them, I don't make a fuss, but whenever I see one full of rares and expensive stuff that people save for months to get, I make a mental note not to gift that person. Anything. And I love to gift. I gift randomly whenever the urge hits me.

That being said, I don't know that I want policing of said siggies. They help me know who to avoid gifting. :D
