That is the way a lot of items taken advantage of by hackers/coin sellers came into game.

In this case it was truly a mistake on zynga support. It has to do with players having gifting issues and zynga sent them free gift boxes which hadn't been released in game, instead of the ones that were currently active in game. I was gifted that dog pic from a sweet fb friend. I haven't looked at mine it's in my apartment, but if they are tagged free gift you won't be able to sell/trade them.

This was the last of the free gift boxes and Zynga did a an update on game and instead of leaving this in free gifts they changed the free gift theme, so some people got them from their friends sending them the night before. I saw people trying to get 5 millon but people weren't buying them. Post some events and see what kind of offers u get.

I know they were two different colors.

the one from the BH box isnt even listed on YR. The greyish one was the released one, the brown one was from box 3. I still have my welcome mats :p

I remember trying to sell the ones from box III and no one would even want to buy them because the "bible" didn't list them and the buyers didn't know they existed or claimed they were a freebie everyone could get LOL

Yes I was a fool for not writing them. I did write them about the bear that we could get help on but was messed up so it would not ever let you buy it. They did put it in my inventory and then take the coins out, I was happy about that.

I got 4 from support when some items I bought were not showing up in my inventory. Had no idea at first they were not released gift boxes till I saw someone ask about the dog photo.
