They have expressed many many times before that they aren't re-releasing any themes or items that were previously released.

They even had a sticky for a long time at the top about it. Not sure how much more it needs to be said.

the 08's are full costumes though, u may get similar but nothing will be getting rereleased, not even a stitch

And how would that be not releasing the outfit? If they release it in pieces, as you requested, it's still releasing it. They release the hat from Big Momma, then someone will want the clothing to go with it...then they release that and viola, you have the outfit.

They should not release every item from the outfits just some of them as collectables which will be availible for limited time

Gives you something to work for then. The ones who bought them by working over the years or even putting real money into the game to own an item such as those shouldn't be penalized because someone else wants it cheaper/in the store released to the general public.
