I've been saving up little by little for blue retros now, and am at about 6.7m. I don't want to spend my entire savings for a pair of sunglasses (for lack of better word) but I was told that (and have seen visual proof in everyday Yo events) that retros and old bows, so pretty much any item that has been pricejacked that are rapidly decreasing in price.

So, my question is: Is it worth it to buy blue retros (I think they're at about 6-7m) or save up even more for pink retros? (For about a 4m price difference, I would think)? Which is the better option in regards to investment?

Thank you! I'm terrible at guessing stock, and I always make the wrong choices. So I thought I could recruit some help here in the forums!

personally I prefer the pink ones instead because the blue retros look similar to the blue beach shades

In my personal opinion I don't think they are a good investment.
I wouldn't waste 100c on them, much less a hard earned 6+ million.

Now that the game is leveling out some, it's becoming less popular
of an item.

i personally dislike neither, to me they are just overrated and alot of coins
but if i had to choose id go with pink just because they're pink :lol:

I would continue saving, and wait until the blues hit their all-time low..You can tell they have hit this all new low by checking the prices every so oten..
Say they hit 5.5m and they stay there, but start to rise to 5.6 , 5.7..THAT is when you should buy them as they will go up and up..And you would have made lots in profit..

I wouldn't bother with pinks because they're ugly

I buy because I like the item. I have pink and always wear them and could care less if they hit 10c in investment value.

If you truly like the glasses and are worried about your investment, I'd save for the pink ones.
The blues don't ever seem to appreciate in value like the pink ones do.

I have always wanted blue, but I'm a really fickle person so right now I'm reconsidering... To be honest the only reason I'm buying them (or thinking of, anyway) is because of my superiority complex. I've always admired YoWorldians with retros!

Hehe your comment made me laugh! I'm also quite impatient so I don't know if I'd be able to wait it out that long, especially since I'm going on a temporary hiatus starting September! (I'd be back in June I suppose, when school lets out) although I do think they may be starting to drop now so here's hoping that they hit a low late August!

I, personally, think that the Pink ones are better than the Blue ones... I have owned both, I still own Pink, but the Blue never quite sat right on my face.. or looked right at all. I dunno, though! It depends on YOUR preference and your preference alone. Pink are always at a higher value so if you plan on making a huge profit later on then I suggest Pink... but if you plan to keep them always then get whatever color you think is best.

That being said, I still prefer my nerd glasses over them all. :twisted:

Haha, thank you! I agree! Pink look so much better than blue on female avatars but both work with male avatars. However, I am a fan of both colours.
