You can't enforce the price someone lists their item for in the auction house. If one person lists for 500k and someone else lists for 80k there's nothing you can do except not buy it. The average just calculates what the said item is being sold at via auction house.

I don't mean the price they're being listed for, people can ask what they like. I'm saying for for 2 identical items one is saying the average price it sells for is 62,204 and the other is saying that for the same item the average price is 726,033. The average price should be the same for both regardless of the asking price. This is quite a big difference and could be very confusing and misleading for buyers.
