I don't know it hasn't been working for months but yes i hope they will fix it soon, i want to put my pics back again grr

My sis was able to put her pics before the transfer but i couldn't way months back.

Is it working for anyone now?

Mine had stopped working about a year or so before the transfer, they did just what is shown with the swirl. Then one day I was able to load my pics back and all of those made the transfer to BVG. I have not tried to change out any since.... and not going to! Hope it gets fixed for everyone, I really loved this feature.
