These were the prices I have seen, but I hope someone else can offer more insights since I might be outdated.
Get price checks on trade pages too - try not to sell to the person who does the price check unless you're extremely sure about it.

Hah! Whoops. It's very rare for me to change my clothes.. And when I do, I usually change into already made outfits. Sooo.. I don't need this stuff! Plus save your money for the dogs! I also love dogs and collect dog stuff!

I definitely did not realize the hat was that crazy expensive .. I'll need to take it off the list lol
