is one big fat bug!!!! Fix the darn game, BVG! Give us back the log, fix gifting and the neverending lag. The game is unplayable for the vast majority of the players. You owe us a good explanation and a estimated time frame that all the problems are fixed AS PAYING CUSTOMERS! Do better BVG.

This is one reason ppl should never pay to play a game... developers don't care if something works or they screw something else, they just want your money...

I agree completely! This game isn't fun anymore & I've wasted a lot of money on it for it to only work 50% of the time. The least they could do is keep the ads at 2X until the game is fixed. :grr

These "bugs" have been going on now for almost 2 WEEKS! WTH is going on exactly?? I can't do one thing before I have to refresh. No Friends list, no gifts. Loss of thousands of yocoins..WHAT is really going on?? BEYOND FRUSTRATED!!

this game is so totally messed up once again!! refresh constantly, no gifts, loss of coins, pic frames have been down for months... and then they ask if i would invite others to play this game!!! LOLOLOLOL

Dumpster fire...how about the whole landfill! The game has turned to complete *poop (being nice here) nuthing seems to work EXCEPT---- ---> yocash pop ups which is the last thing l will ever do. The desktop app maybe stays connected for 30 seconds tops! I rather play the old way anyway. :grr

I have been playing this game for years and I totally agree that we are all owed a damn good explanation .
We should all be given $50,000 in coins and $ 50 yodollars as well for compensation .
Considering that you have been working on the " problem" for over 2 weeks now and the game is still screwed
up and screwing us all out of collectiing coins and etc on our own .
Fix the damn game !!!!! :grr

I don't understand these things but the game used to work and now it doesn't. It would be great to understand why.

I assume it's creaky old systems attached to newer ones plus the addition of adverts plus the fact that the storage needs must be huge as many have been playing for over 10 years and have accrued many houses, clothes and items. Would it help if there was a limit on these? Maybe your revenue just doesn't cover work which needs doing?

Please explain to us in simple terms what the problems are so that we can understand. I would just walk away if I hadn't invested so much in it over the years.

What is working is the ability to spend actual money on this game. Oddly that is not broken. :cat:

I'm one of the players you don't like. Rarely do I spend real money on this game. Why? Buying pixels seems crazy to me, the game goes down so frequently, o_o

and we can't send gifts or build our YoCoin amount .... I know, that way the thought is that players like me will spend hard earnded cash with you. I get it. Can't send those chests and haven't been able to for days and days. :'(

Gosh. It is really time to get this fixed. :phew:

I really hope they give us a huge amoount of coins for the time we didnt get the gifts we send everyday to earn coins in this game a really amount bt this 50 or 100k i mean a big time amount .. :gift:

4 of my friends has canceled there v.i.p membership bcz of game bugs and bcz of the v.i.p special items they get oce a month . ive seen them and i must say its like bvg doont give a flying f...ck abt us they want our money and thats it .. :nerd:

another thing is that nomatter how messed up the game is the buy yocash icon never disapear never brakes or anything its there all the time , think about guys :?:
