Anyone else getting booted off the server every 5 mins? This is happening to me and it's getting annoying. Just wondering if I'm the only one?

Happened to me today too, every 5 minutes the game kicked me out and appears the sing "refresh".

HELP :shocked:

I am having this exact same issue too! It is currently 3:22PM PST for me and I have been trying since 2PM PST. I can't even play for more than 4 minutes before being forced to refresh and this is continuously happening with no fix. I am glad to see someone else is saying something about this! It is so annoying, BVG please look into this issue.

Same here, get booted every 5 min or so, and a empty gift inbox which should be filled. :eh:

Booted off too and the game freezes when trying to save any changes. This game is a huge mess!

I am also a VIP .. not happy here at all booted on every minute or two. I have tried all the fixes, clean out history, reboot my laptop, different browsers. Seems everyone is having this issue plus the log and no gifts. I don't think any vikings are around because they are usually so good at answering and fixing the problems.

I cant play the game, i literally get the refresh as soon as I log on, I cant do the gem or calendar cause refresh pops up immediately. This is horrible that this isnt getting fixed, I am very upset this has been going on for 3 days for me :sad:

I am booted off the server every two to three minutes. You can't hardly decorate when your getting a message that says lost connection to the server. Please fix.

yep. no gift inbox. no send gifts, refresh browser every minute, repeated request for passcodes during auction or at a sale. whatever happened friday we have all been struggling to play since.

Going through Facebook works a little better. I got a room completed and no boot off. But no log button or gifts sending.

Happening again today, no answers and still getting kicked off they need to fix this. You will have to write a complaint in the Help Me section because I doubt they even read the complaints here anymore!! :shocked:
