I haven't played for a few years so my friend list is almost void, but my bigger concern is how can I replace my factory workers support team? Many have long since retired in one fashion or another and they need to be replaced. Would someone please help me understand how to replace them? Thanks

Most peoples factory workers are still gone but waking them up still works even if they have disappeared. I actually never knew they were called " the support team." I suppose that is a good name for these showing in the factory crew.
BVG would have to reset this. They have the ability to do it as at one point 2 of my "support team" switched. Position 1 switched with position 3. So I know they know how to do this.
