for the ads, sometimes I'm able to watch the ads and other times I cant, its says something on the lines of not avaible, is it a way to control players from doing ads back to back, or something wrong with it ?

The ads are very glitchy. Some days they will work, some days they won't. It's not implemented to halt players from watching multiple ads, it's just a very buggy feature.
