I am decorating a house for Halloween. I am trying to put a web on the roof & when I try to put a spider web on the roof it won't show up on the roof. I have tried using different webs with no luck. Is this a defect in the game or is there a way to make it work?

Have you tried clicking it away from the roof and moving the item forward with the arrows? Most everything seems to be able to work that way.
