What the heck is a Lock Code? Why is there one on my YoWorld game? I'm trying to gift to my daughter and I can't until I give a Lock Code? Where do I find a Lock Code? :grr

If you have a lock code on your account , and you don't know the password .Or you didn't make a lock code. Then you should send in a ticket and see if they can remove it . A lock code is just a security method to help keep your account safe . So if someone does happen to get into your account . they cant take all of your items .
