I want to upload pictures to my brass frames but it doesn't connect to my pictures since BVG took over. I haven't used this feature in years and want to now and can't. Please correct this or advise for me what to do.

mine don’t work either hun not sure why.. I did send a email to bvg hopefully they help or reply back or fix it
i need some pics in my frames lol

thats strange, i use them all the time for my events that are "for sale and wtb on frames." as long as your pics are uploaded to fb you should be able to upload them to the frame. have you tried sending in a ticket to bvg?

Please go to the a recent post on the same subject you will see what mum discovered for El Chappo. If you are still having issues you can do the same and send it to one of us and we will have a look at it for you. Same goes for the rest of you.

There is nothing wrong with your frames. Just how you are accessing them.
1. Try only using Google Chrome I have not issues with it.
2. Log in via Facebook not the desktop app or game room. I have not tried either of these they may work but I can't promises.
3. When the pop up prompts you with two options. Photos or Albums SELECT Photos. If it still does not work send in a ticket.

Hello Everyone

I recently found out how to fix this problem as i had been struggling with it for sooo long.
Anyways its a problem with the permissions, your account is either old or you haven't used it in a while and facebook hasnt registered the permissions to use your data properly.

Here's how to fix it:
1: Go on to Facebook - Privacy settings - Apps and websites.
2: You should see a list of apps you use, scroll down to Yoworld and check the box next to it then press remove at the top of that list. (This might be scary but all your data from the game is kept so you won't lose anything!).
3: Log out of Facebook and log back in.
4: Search for Yoworld and click Play Game.
5: A window should pop up when you first load up the game asking for permission of your name profile picture and so on and so on Press "Continue as Y/N".
6: Click on a Brass Frame and another windoe should pop up asking for permission to use your pictures. Again press "Continue as Y/N" and the photos should load.

I'm guessing it could be down to your Facebook settings of sharing your photos with apps. You'd need to change them, I'm not sure how though
