Remember back when we had that neat little tool that allowed us to know how many players were in our house? I would be walking around town and see that there were 2, sometimes even 3 or 4 players checking out my house and rating it. Shows just how much the game has changed, now no one even thinks about visiting other people's homes.

Back then, many people loved to decorate, today many more prefer to dress up. We all dressed in starter clothing, and did not judge each other for wearing it, simply because it was probably the only thing we could wear, all of the clothing and furniture in stores were cheap.

People helped each other a lot, but today the game is turned into a competition of buying and selling, making investments, and for what? To make even more investments? Now much of what I see in the game, is a bunch of people showing off their virtual wealth.

Back in the day the selection of free gifts didn't change very often so you would receive 100's of the same item. I read a suggestion in the forums and used to go to the real estate office, go into any house pull my extra stuff from my inventory and slide it off into the darkness at the sides. Hundreds of pumpkin pie slices and chocolate rolls made their way into the darkness.

ohhhhhhh! I never knew about that! What fun! I just gift bombed people to get rid of the extras..

And I would get gift bombed in retaliation :geek: *snort!* Man the time we would spend bombing the living heck outta each other with freebies! :D

And we used to gift bomb the ninjas on the forum.. That was fun.. ohhhh they would get irritated! :D

Remember when you had to eat to keep going? And the beach was a beach? People used to hang out in the furniture store. We'd sit on the couches and chairs....have a chat.

I remember when we would only get releases every 2 weeks. We'd all stay up until midnight(Zynga time) and once the clock hit midnight, we would all refresh and run to the stores lol. Good times.
