my advice for these events is not to trust anyone!!(too mant scammers) no one likes to go first anyway, genuine people will trade you,,, so if you go to these events and you offer to trade a person and they refuse but just want to gift..the chances are its a scam waiting to happen...so be very wary x x x .............elsa :idea:

Yeah the g4g events are 99% scam.I never went to any of those.But thank you for warning.This may help for the new people

That's 100% true if it's genuine they'll trade you! Years ago I went to loads of legit gift for gifts and they were so much fun because when you got home you got a bunch of cool things - I went to one last week and ended up with napa items & a lot of lost accessories. Never again... just trade what's the issue lol

Yes back in the old days everyone was a loyal player and scams werent exsisting.Too bad,many greedy people came and destroyed the fun of the game

I remember way back in 2010 when I went for G4G and I sent a gift to this guy wearing Ninja Costume and he saw me doing and he said "You're gonna get hacked!" SO WE HAD AN ARGUMENT and while all along I kept saying bad things to him... I left the G4G event and checked my inbox and HE SENT ME PLAYBOY BUNNY 2008 COSTUME (which was expensive back then) I FELT SO ASHAMED, I wrote him a long sorry and thank you note and he never replied.

I never go to them. Lots of people of people do believe in them, sadly. It just sounds like a scam... I don't get how people fall for that but we have kids in this game, maybe they are some of the few that fall for this :/.

i go to them sometimes, i usually gift people nothing big but nothing crappy and i usually get 2/6 gifts back :lol:
