I wanted to move some of my items to another rooms and now they are disappeared ... also pets still disappeared ..

ex: burlesque star pole & diva table ... etc.

My Mafia furniture and recently the Casablanca items. They were all in my inventory. When I refreshed they're all gone. I sent a ticket to Support. I'm still waiting for their response.

I lost a lot of stuff from the changeover. I think it's because I was rearranging my storage and stuff when there wasn't much else to do right before "the end" was going to happen. A whole Moroccan tent full of stuff. All of the 12 Days of Christmas things. Probably some other stuff that I haven't noticed yet. But I'm trying not to think about it and just move forward.

Yup. I did the rearranging sometime in the last maybe month. I know BVG said something about it maybe on the yoworld.com website... or somewhere. Something happened where some changes that were made didn't get saved and I think I lot of people lost stuff.

My Christmas 2013 house is entirely empty. I have lots of the stuff in my inventory but it won't ever be the same and I have no idea if I have lost anything. I really doubt that I made any changes to the house once it was finished. I also know that I have lost items, all the stuff from my cafe has gone.Oh, well.

Anything that was moved or placed shortly before the transfer went back to the original place it was stored. So if you decorated a room/home before the transfer, it reverted back to the way it was months before that. When Zynga reverted to old servers when planning to shutter the game, they didn't save the data so it was all lost. Is that what you meant or are there missing items that have been placed after the transfer?
