First, check your Transaction Log at the top of your game screen. This will detail the last few days of purchases/sales that you may have made.

Then, clear your computer cache and restart/refresh your game. This solves many temporary issues.

If neither of these fixes work for you, you can submit a ticket to the Support Staff using the HELP tab above your game. Give them as many details as you can and they can advise you.

This is kinda beside your point but worth noting.. if you're wearing something like a hair and/or clothes and you try to list it on the AH (even if you have 10 or 100 of that item), it will not show up to list it for an auction. You have to take off that item in order for it to populate when listing auctions, even if you have 100 oft hem. Oh and another thing, sometimes items will seem to disappear, but a simple refresh will make them re-appear.
