It's not working for me either. I have even reloaded the game twice hoping it would help. Nope.

I can't claim it.
I have tried on the app and going through FB. I have clicked around the promo, as previously suggested. This WILL bring up a notice that it has been claimed and you have the response, "OK". However, it is not in your inventory and it will allow you to do this repeatedly. Not working for me. :wailing:

And that just shows it in the "room view" it's still not sent to my inventory. So, that didn't work for me. I've tried it several times. Still nothing. Any other suggestions? :?:
