The apartment that u started out with when first playing this game has a secret library, I was just wondering where the library was. I can't find it anywhere in there.

When you are a level 30 you get the library 3\3 .And then you can go inside of it . It is a bookshelf that is an item . so when you pace the bookshelf in the room you go in the library .If you are a level 30 and if you cant find your bookshelf .Then go to your in use tab at your invotory . Find the library and click it so you can press return to invotory .
