I went to the User Control Panel and tried to find friends on here, but I kept entering the names of different people (one at a time) and it said it could not find anybody that I tried to find. I checked the spelling and everything. Is this feature disabled? Am I doing something wrong?

I had the same problem. A few times I got it to work by messing around.. I decided not to have any FOES.. I used to have foes then I thought, "What they hey! I go to work and I dont like everyone!" What do we do, shut the boss in a closet? You can't shut your boss in a closet if you dont like him.
SO... I decided not to do this as sometimes these FOES are smart and know answers that you do not know answers to and in some cases if we give people a chance, they are much more nice than we know. In any online social, we get impressions and beleieve me we see more "shields" than people.
SInce your name is "free hugs" maybe you should not have foes like me.
Im foeless. I dont care how much that person aggravated me I am foeless!
How to make a friend or a foe.
1. Copy the *User name with the ID*
2. Go to User Control Panel
3. Go to Friend or Foe
4. Paste the User Name with ID it in the text box.

Yeah, I'm not a "foe" kind of person either. I just put that because it went with the whole shabang.

Thanks for your help, by the way! Glad you figured it out. I was just putting the name or the number - not both of them together. I also didn't think to use the parenthesizes around the ID number. So for anyone reading this, ZipLocket figured it out.

What you do is go to the forum and click to PM someone under their name.
At the top of the PM section, it says "Find Member".
Copy the name and ID.... example: mine would be --- free hugs (149873787)
Then go to the friends and foes tab.
In the friend section in the message box area, paste the name and ID and submit.

Im sure to figure that out is the "long" way. SUrely there is a simpler way to do this. Ill never forget "Smokey" my very first friend in all of Yo asked me to go find her in the forum. I never found her but 2 times. Exasperating. The simple things are the hardest.
