How do you accept someone's factory crew invite?

Also, why can't I see my facebook friend who just added the app?

It can take as long as 24 hours for a friend to be available.

1.Go to factory

2.Select Go To Work - Your factory crew pops up instead of selecting work Select Hire choose your friend you want to hire.

3.Your friend you sent the request to will have to go to their Facebook Page. On the left is a list but not all the available items are showing. Select the See More drop down arrow.

4.From the list Select Games, this takes you to another page where you normally download or access games. Along the top is a list Find Games-Your Games and so on. Select the TAB Activity In here you should find all the recent gifts sent and also Factory Help Requests.

5.Select Accept to the factory help request.
